I’ve learned to regard little 20-45 minute naps as the most productive thing I can engage in at times. Afterwards, my energy physically, emotionally, etc. seems to be a little more charged up and I get far more done afterwards than if I had not rested momentarily. (I learned this from my little beagle.)
