My name is Nico Sanchez, I am a musician/songwriter, wine enthusiast and winemaker, computer scientist, and, most importantly, a husband.

My main music projects and wine-related endeavors are maintained at my more formal site, http://www.tintorecords.com.

Here, tintoverse is a play on “universe” and the actual writing of “verse”, simply as another web outlet for myself. Tinto is just an extension of my self-branding, “tinto” literally meaning “red”, but also as a colloquial reference to both wine and coffee in different parts of Latin America.

A lot of this site is a simple tumblelog that tracks my internet footprints in one place and allows for commenting. I have a created a normal weblog section to also allow for longer posts. My goals are to share any creations, discoveries, and experiences whether they be via the web or brought from the real world to the web.
